I began my career with a PhD in statistics and sensory analysis at the Oniris laboratory in partnership with XLSTAT, where I developed advanced statistical methods applied to sensory data. This research laid the foundations of my expertise, especially in clustering methods, sensory data quality and multivariate analysis.

I then joined the XLSTAT team, first as a statistical developer and later as the manager of the R&D team, where I was responsible for the methodological evolution of the software. I subsequently spent three years as Head of Quantitative Research at Lumivero, leading strategic projects at the intersection of software development, statistical innovation and client support.
​
Over the years, I have gained a unique understanding of the sensory statistics landscape. No one is more familiar with the XLSTAT Sensory module, having overseen its design, improvement and validation. My work has involved methodological research, software development, R&D team management, advanced user support and algorithm validation.
​
Several major features of XLSTAT’s sensory module originate directly from my research and applied experience.
​
My scientific contributions include numerous publications in collaboration with leading figures in sensory analysis, as well as the creation of original methods now implemented in XLSTAT and in the R package ClustBlock, downloaded around 40,000 times. Among these methods are CLUSTATIS and CLUSCATA, which are now widely used in the scientific community. These contribution list can be downloaded below.

I actively participate in disseminating knowledge about sensometrics:

Regular presentations at major conferences in the sensory field: Pangborn, Eurosense, Sensometrics, as well as international statistics conferences such as JSM and SDSS.

Member of the board of the Sensometric Society, the leading international scientific association for statistics in sensory analysis.

Organization and delivery of training courses, including Sensometrics tutorials at Pangborn and Eurosense conferences, as well as support for companies and institutes.

Today, I support organisations through analysis, consulting, training, research, development and methodological auditing in sensory statistics, combining scientific rigour with clear communication to ensure understanding and immediate practical application.

Beyond my scientific and professional activities, I am deeply committed to competitive sport, regularly participating in tennis and padel tournaments, several of which I have won.
